NANNY PLACEMENTS

As experienced nannies ourselves, we know how important it is to find someone who feels part of the family. ​ 

 

​It’s not just about finding someone with the right experience - it’s about finding someone who shares your values, understands your parenting style, and fits naturally into your home and routine. 

That's why  we take the time to get to know your family.

Step 1. 

Please email or WhatsApp us with your enquiry, including a brief summary of your request - we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 4.

We will coordinate an introductory meeting between you and the candidate, either virtually or in person, depending on your preference.

Step 2.

We’ll arrange a phone call with one of our directors to gain a detailed understanding of your family’s needs and preferences.

Step 5.

If you are pleased with the introduction, we will coordinate a trial shift with the candidate (or candidates) to assess their suitability and get to know them better.

Step 3.

We’ll begin the nanny search for your family and share profiles and CVs of potential candidates for your review.

Step 6.

Once we’ve found the perfect nanny for your family, we can assist with the contract, offer payroll support, and provide continuous assistance throughout the process.

 Every nanny in our network is thoroughly vetted through Enhanced DBS checks, reference checks and an interview with one of our directors.​​
