Permanent Nanny
The fee is calculated as 10% of the nanny’s agreed first year gross annual salary. Should the nanny not meet expectations within the first three months, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

We offer tailored nanny placement contracts at an additional cost. The fee covers a comprehensive review by our legal professionals to ensure the contract meets all necessary requirements.

We’ve partnered with NannyTax to offer expert payroll and legal support for employing a nanny. As a client of The Babysitting Collective, you’ll also receive exclusive discounts on their services.
Babysitter
We charge a one-off registration fee to cover the initial matching process, which includes finding suitable nannies or sitters and coordinating your search.

We charge an hourly rate for babysitting services and handle all payments to the sitter, making the process completely hassle-free for you.

​All bookings require a minimum of three hours to ensure the time is worthwhile for our sitters.
